Welcome to Trainingify (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our application and services (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using Trainingify.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trainingify, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and have the legal authority to accept these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Trainingify allows users to generate, schedule, and manage personalized training and workout plans, including integrations with third-party platforms such as Garmin Connect.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Trainingify collects and processes personal data in compliance with applicable laws. When you authorize connections to third-party platforms (e.g., Garmin Connect), you consent to share relevant data as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with Garmin’s API terms.

5. Use of Garmin Connect and Third-Party APIs

By linking your Garmin Connect account or other third-party services, you authorize Trainingify to access, process, and display your training data as required to provide our coaching and planning features.

  • Data Security: Your credentials and sensitive data are securely stored and never shared with unauthorized third parties.
  • User Consent: You must grant explicit consent to connect your Garmin Connect account. You may revoke access at any time via your Garmin Connect settings or within Trainingify.
  • Data Accuracy: We rely on Garmin Connect and other third parties for accurate data transfer. We are not responsible for delays, omissions, or errors in external data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Access, use, or attempt to access the accounts of other users without authorization.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security features or API limitations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on Trainingify are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service unless expressly permitted.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including health or fitness outcomes.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Trainingify at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, notified to you. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

Note:
For full API compliance (especially with Garmin), you must handle user deregistration, user permission changes, and data deletion per Garmin’s requirements. If you process sensitive health data, local privacy laws (e.g., GDPR) may require additional user rights and security clauses.
