  • Account Information: When you register on Trainingify, we collect your email address, username, and password.

b. Information from Garmin

When you connect your Garmin account to Trainingify, we collect the following data:

  • Workout and Activity Data: Details of your workouts, schedules, and fitness activities you authorize us to access.
  • Courses and Training Plans: Any courses or plans you choose to import or generate.
  • Other Data: Only the data you authorize us to access via Garmin’s secure OAuth2.0 authentication process.

Note: We never have access to your Garmin password.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Trainingify application.
  • Generate personalized training plans, schedules, and coaching recommendations.
  • Sync, update, and display your activities and workouts.
  • Communicate with you, including responding to inquiries or sending notifications.
  • Ensure compliance with our legal obligations and the Garmin API terms.

3. How We Share Your Information

  • Third Parties: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties except as required to provide the Trainingify service (e.g., data transfer to Garmin for synchronization).
  • Legal Requirements: We may share your data if required by law or in response to valid legal processes.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all communications.
  • Secure storage of access tokens and sensitive information.

  • We retain your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.
  • You may request to delete your account and all associated data at any time via the application or by contacting us.
  • If you disconnect your Garmin account, we will stop accessing new data and remove stored tokens promptly.

  • Access and Update: You can access and update your account information in Trainingify at any time.
  • Revoke Access: You can revoke Trainingify’s access to your Garmin data from your Garmin Connect account settings.
  • Delete Account: You may delete your account and data via Trainingify. We will process deletion requests promptly.

7. Children's Privacy

Trainingify is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page. Your continued use of Trainingify after changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
